Lindsay Hamilton

Since graduating my clinical work has spanned both acute in-patient programs and private practice, giving me experience with a broad range of mental health issues. As an AuDHD therapist, I am passionate about working with neurodivergent clients. I am excited to work with individuals who are willing to risk "going deep" and being vulnerable in order to get the long-lasting change they want for their lives, even if that sounds uncomfortable. Our work together will be defined by genuineness, authenticity and compassion. My aim is to partner with you in identifying the goals you want for your life, and helping you achieve those goals, so that you have the are enjoying the quality of life you deserve. While I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, my primary modality is Internal Family Systems (IFS). Whether you want help with a “big problem” or to focus on growth/skills refinement in an area of your life, IFS is useful. I integrate Solution-Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Humanistic therapy. I am an EMDR trained therapist.
